Honestly, thank you for sharing all the products you used. Most people you ask what products and they either ignore you or tell you to do your own research even if you’re just trying to know for personal use. I really appreciated this video and I’m so excited now to finally do one for myself 🤗 Thank you! 💕
You say your not a professional but this has been the best tutorial I have seen on this. It is detailed and you speak clearly and I actually get it.. I am going to start with a small tumbler . Thank you
This helped me A LOT in making my first tumbler even though the seller I purchased from an amazon sent me the wrong size on one of my colored stones… but I made it work and it turned out really nice. Thanks for this video!!!
I want to start blinging things and have been researching! thank you for showing your products and linking them!! i've been struggling with finding the right things ☺️
How has this held up a year later? Are all the stones still attached? I really want to make one for myself but am nervous the stones will all fall off.
You had me until you said it took about 10 hours to complete!! I'm tempted to try it though! You did a great job with the video--you explained the process really well.
I won’t give my age, but I’m definitely over the hill. Once I stayed in my house for 37 days straight. I left on day 38 only because I had to for a pre-op appointment. I was sad I had to leave. That said, unless it’s life or death, or for medical reasons, I stay home…happily!
Thank you for sharing. I loved how you explained the how to. I want to make one but the tumbler I bought has a clear lid with a lid that you open by pushing up.
I have a few questions. 1. Thoughts on E6000? Thats what ive been using.. 2. I cant get honeycomb method to work for me.. they never sit exactly how you get them to fit.. advice on those. 3. Spray paint which brand or type do you recommend ? 4. Do you always have to sand the cup? 5. Just simple advice for new beginners.
Thank you!! I just blinged up some cups. Only names because i love myself 😂 ( i had to make 14 cups) but definitely have great information for my next project
Hi! I’m new to the “crafting world” not sure if you’d see this But, when placing the rhinestones, do you get gaps in between where it looks like spaces that you can’t place any other size stones in? how can i fix it? Hope you respond, thank you!
Hello Alison. Thanks for sharing, the cup is gorgeous! Question: How did you do your name? Did you use some type of permanent vinyl to cut your name? Or what/how did you do your name. Thanks in advance.
Wow Thanks for this tutorial🥰 I’ve been wondering now to do this! I thought the rhinestone sheets where used but this is even better. Thank you so much.
Hi! You are so creative, I have a question im struggling with figuring out how to get the vinyl numbers and letters on the tumbler do you have to go on the computer to do the letters and number design and print them off or is it another way?
Your cup turned out amazing!!! I have a question for anyone out there!!! Can you use hotfix on a stainless steel cup? I've never done any of these cups. Thank for any info!!!
My question is are the rhymestones you're using got a silver backing I don't know why I'm thinking they're crystal clear and you can see the color of the design through them am I wrong thank you for your time
Hi thank you for sharing will try this while on maternity leave. Which one is best? Swarovski or rhinestone? And does it fall off? I want to start with my microphone:) thank you and all the best
Swarovski is the most expensive, I recommend the glass flat back rhinestones, especially when you're first starting! As long as you use a permanent glue, they will not fall off! These are the ones i use: amzn.to/33xMeN7
Mine has been in mine for months! As long as I close the rubber thingy on the top it doesn't dry. And even then, I can take a pin and scrape out the dry glue
I started at the top and just did my best to line the stones up with the rim. Then did several rows until I got closer to the vinyl. And then I think I did the black stones and then got as close as I could to the letters with my clear. Then went back and did all the fillers! You can do whatever you want 😊
Recently started doing this has a hobby. And this video has helped me so much. And the links posed as well. I actually been using the ss20 rhinestones. Same brand and everything. So I’m glad that I got the right ones haha. I just have a few questions. For a base, before laying anything down on the cup, did you use anything for that? Because I love been reading mixed opinions. Also how is it when you wash it? Do any fall off? And do you hand wash it or put it in the dish washer? I typically hand wash everything even though I have a dish washer 😂 and where did you get the cup at? Okay I think that’s all the questions.
Definitely hand wash and mine has held up perfectly! And I did not do a base, just sanded and washed the tumbler. You could paint if you wanted! If you used a colored stone it wouldn't hurt to have a matching base but I think most look good on stainless steel!
Alison Crafts: Awesome! Because in the links I saw a a spray adhesive base so I didn’t know if you used that before anything or not. How do you sand it before? What do you use for sanding? Sorry for all the questions! Your video has been the best I’ve seen so far. :)
I see on the site for the cups the lids are different from yours you have. Where did you get yours i like yours better. Also what font are you using its really nice. Thanks
Thank you for this!!! I just am so stuck on the stones!! I don't know what to get and how many... If you could. I have 3 cups that I would love to try this on. Could you point to how many bags I would need and which stones are the best. Thank You.. I, so lost!
@@cfranklin1976 so I used ss20 as my main stone and filled inside the letters with as many of those as I could before filling in with smaller sizes and really liked how it turned out! Good luck, it will turn out beautifully!!!

My question as well
Mine as well!
Where are the links to the products? I don't see them. Looks great!
Can you do one on silicone hot and cold beverage cups you know like the rubber Colman cups for coffee or to keep drinks hot?
I don't think anything sticks to silicone unfortunately
That looks really AWESOME!!! KEEP up the good work & posts!!!
Thanks so much!!
Is this adhesive only good for metal tumblers or can it be used on plastic as well?
You can use it on plastic too!
As usual, I’m always late. …But does it need to to be epoxied?
Thank you for posting this tutorial.❤
Nope, just the stones!!
Thank you 😊
Hello Alison. Thanks for sharing, the cup is gorgeous! Question: How did you do your name? Did you use some type of permanent vinyl to cut your name? Or what/how did you do your name. Thanks in advance.

@@AlisonCrafts thank you so much. 😊❤
What is the font? Thank you
The black line around the top, are those black stones or is that part of the cup seal?
Part of the cup seal!
Did you use anything at the end to secure all the gems in place or simply the glue you used in the beginning? No top coat?
The glue is permanent and holds everything on! No top coat
After your done placing the rhinestones, Do you epoxy the tumbler to “seal” the stones on?
did you sand the cup or do anything to prep the cup?
Wow Thanks for this tutorial🥰 I’ve been wondering now to do this! I thought the rhinestone sheets where used but this is even better. Thank you so much.
Yeah, you want to get the glass stones otherwise they'll look dull! The sheet ones are cheap unfortunately.

Hi! You are so creative, I have a question im struggling with figuring out how to get the vinyl numbers and letters on the tumbler do you have to go on the computer to do the letters and number design and print them off or is it another way?

Wow, great job, it is so pretty…. Thanks for sharing👍🏻
Where's the precision tip glue bottle from?

Yep!

Does the glue dry in the little bottle dispenser? Should I hury and use it or will it last a couple projects?
