I had a leaking valve cover gasket on my BMW 645ci...these cars are known to leak anywhere at anytime...no cheap fixes on any leaks. I was lucky that the previous owner just got the alternator bracket gasket replaced for 1000$ ....so now my own first leak....and since BMWs are so touchy I was hesitant to try the at 205. So far I only get a 2 hour drive in of the 5 hours suggested and there are no drops of oil in my garage anymore and the engine didn't seize either....👍

Bought this on Monday after watching your video and all I can say is holy shit and why didn't I hear about this stuff 3 years ago. I have an 05' Sierra 5.3L with a rear main & steering gear leak. Both were leaking an embarrassing amount of fluid, esp the steering gear. I put most of the bottle in the crank and the rest in the power steering pump, set my engine run timer on the guauge and both leaks resolved in under 5 hours. One friggin bottle handled both leaks! The steering gear leak held out to 4.5 hrs while the oil leak dried up after 3 hours of run time. If I ever become incontinent I may just chug a bottle of this.

Bro this. Struts, shocks, bushings, door seals, window seals.... It's amazing.
Even plastic body components that have faded due to age. This stuff soaks right in and brings them back to "new-ish" look, for a lot longer than other plastic restoration products.
I have an 07 Pontiac solstice gxp, and the rubber seals around the top were dry and contracted. Poorly sealed overall. Maybe due to poor storage, maybe the previous owner used armor all, who knows. I Wiped them down with this stuff once a week for 3 weeks, and boom - the rubber striping expanded, the water shed normally again.
Nothing to do with the power train leaking, but having a convertible top that doesn't seal tight can be just as annoying.
      This stuff is great.
If it's a polymer material, on the exterior of your car, spray it with this.

Nope, I called the company. The tech support states after 5 hours it does all it can do and it can only be used once.
He stated adding to old oil will still work. He stated it activates with the hot oil and thus why it needs the oil hot or fluid hot so when it is in a cool engine, it will not be e doing anything.

Note: do NOT give it 5 hours. Drive it immediately. Ideally you'd pour it in while it's running. This will melt paint off your oil pan (if you have a painted oil pan, curse the OEMs who do) if you don't mix it into your oil by running your engine, then it will clog the oil pickup screen and kill your motor by reducing your oil pressure to 0

This is a good video. I would use some caution though on what you decide to put this in, I'm hesitant to pour this into a crankcase on a vehicle I'd be keeping for a long time. Years ago I was using a turkey baster to put this into a differential and I watched it react to the clear plastic on said turkey baster and it formed hundreds of tiny cracks on this plastic. I'm not an expert in plastic, but I'd be fearful how it could react to items such as plastic chain guides and other plastic components inside the engine. If it's your last ditch effort on a junker or it's the rear main seal yeah maybe roll the dice.
I've had amazing success with Marvel Mystery Oil, it can be used in the crankcase and other applications to clean. I've seen seals cleaned internally stopping leaks almost immediately. In my opinion it's a safer option to start with, I use about half of what the directions call for as it lowers the viscosity and / or add a little heavier weight oil in combination.

Edit: * However, I never took this product into a spray bottle & sprayed it onto the rubber components itself. I'd say if the oil pan than try spraying the rubber gasket witht his product all around. Saturate it reall good & than go for a good run so they can bound together with the heat of the engine & the gasket expanding. *

As a side note, IMHO there needs to be clarification between "seepage" "a drip" and "a leak". Seepage is sorta normal and can occur for years in the same place under your engine w/o getting any worse. If it does, it becomes a drip where it pools somewhere on the bottom of the engine. A leak is when there is evidence or a pool under your car or it's dripping onto your exhaust and smoking. If all you have is seepage or a minor drip that's not near the exhaust, don't let a mechanic or state inspection person scare you into an expensive repair you're not ready for. Just use a bottle of AT205. It can fix most lighter issues.

Ernest trogman.I didn't mean to permanently speed up the leak. Its a test between a dry rear man seal,or loose main bearings. But by the way I bought a bottle of this product,It seems at the very least it slowed it way down. And it was a fairly bad leak.So this stuff does work.

Sad too because it was in to the dealer for inspections and oil changes many times during the service bulletin repair period but was never repaired. Of course it may not have been leaking at the time, but since it was an assembly issue at the factory you'd think they would have done it. In any case I'll try to find some of this.
