A judge is not required as much qualities because they are not on screen as much as the host. A host's position is powerful. Sometimes we may think a judge's position is, but it all depends on the circumstance. And for this show, Fergie has a powerful position.
These 4 being the team behind the winning artist might actually produce a star. The voice is about the judges and their music and careers. The winners all get forgotten and the record company barely wants to help the winner.
Didn't know the guy at the back but he seems ok. But when I heard Diddy, Meghan, Fergie and DJ Khaled were gonna be on the show I was delighted as I love all four of them. It's a good show. Bit annoyed about Zhavia leaving but will watch to see how it all turns out.
