I knew nothing about Access when it came up in am interview days ago. I now feel EXTREMELY confident about what I can do because of these IN-DEPTH tutorials. Thank you so much for putting these together. I must say these were the best tutorials I have ever seen.
Thank you for the best Access tutorial I've seen. The video was well structured and edited. You taught like a teacher and built the basics before going advance. Overall A+++. I hope that this video forever stays on YT so we can always come and reference this in the future. Thank you once again!
Brilliant tutorials, thank you so much! I did an Access course 9 years ago but have never used it since, and now I have an interview coming up for a job and need to have knowledge of Access. There's just one thing that has confused me. In the first video when you first showed us how to modify a Form using Design View, I'm pretty sure you said that you shouldn't change what's in the white boxes, only what's in the boxes with the spotted background. But later on when you are demonstrating how to alter the look of a form, you were altering the size and contents of the white boxes.
Thank you very much for teaching me how to use Access. I am using it for the first for my research project. I hope you don't mind me contacting you for any questions. :)
Thank you so much for this extremely instructive and helpful video series! I really needed to brush up on my MS Access skills quickly and this was perfect.
Awesome videos, part 1 and part. I am already rolling with my dB. But I have a question: Why on minute 1:59 of this video the "Form with Subform" radio button is not available in mu Access 2016?. That image in minute 1:59 is not available in my Access 2016.
Hello Sir. In my hometown it's really hard to get access to Internet, that's means that i have to go in the cyber net to get access to Internet. Can i please download this tutorial So that i Can study by my own. Please.
Thanks for the reply. I managed to get it working. had the 'Invoice Amt' column as a short text data type. I changed this to a 'Currency' data type. It then worked. Great Tutorial!
Thank you for sharing. I have problem following your instructions. My Access 2016 returned error when I multiply [invoiceamt] with .05. I think it's because the variable [invoiceamt] is text with "$" included. I tried to change the property into number. However, after that, all the numbers disappeared. Moreover, the invoice date data went blank when I import the invoice txt into the Access. How can I solve this problem?
Excel is not a database. It just saves information into a file. Access lets you store unlimited data and then parse it however you want like he is demonstrating in the video.
