Is it worth buying?
totally worth buying. If you're a comp player, you will find the serves a bit harder to produce the serves in this game but otherwise, everything about it is quite amazing...especially when playing with friends!
How accurate would you say it is to real life
About 75% accurate. There are a few things that are not quite right (like the feel of the ball and the little subtle movements you do when you serve) but overall, the bat moves where you move it and you can really spin it like in real life but you just can't feel the force of the ball and so some things like chopping and dropshots become a little harder to play.

I just got this app? I played as a kid, it’s pretty good,But is this something you can play to improve your real game of table tennis?
To a certain degree yes! You can practice your hand eye coordination with timing as well as getting used to things like defending spins! It's not as realistic as real life of course but it's pretty close! I find that serves are alot harder to do in the game and much easier in real life however.

It affects your rating. Non ranked doesn't have a rating no matter how many times you lose.
Hey. Cool video I really enjoyed it. I just went to purchase this game and it states I'll need a 2x2m play space to play. I don't quite have that much room; is it really necessary?
Not really, you can play it as long as you swing your arms. Ideally you have lots of space but as long as you stand still, you can still play it.
