- A change of plan show from us today, having decided that the odds were not in our favour due to the degree of rain forecast at our planned choice of Edinburgh. With a better forecast on offer (at least at the time of writing) at Newcastle airport, we decided to hit the button on a 'switchero' show. Push back from 1300 with the action including the Emirates 777 (due out at 1415), with an array of scheduled, low cost carriers and holiday charters, usually with a bit of turbo prop and chopper action for good measure. With a nice relaxed pace and friendly company in the chat an enjoyable afternoon with the planes and friends beckons! All just a click away.
