In this series we spend a week in a 18th century farm cottage between Harlech and Barmouth over looking Cardigan Bay North Wales.
Part Six of our Seven part series in Tal-y Bont We attempt to reach the famous whistling sands Beach at Porth Oer but the cloud cover killed the experience , but a 10 mile drive south soon got us back into the sunshine at Abersoch , so we spent the day there instead.
That evening we booked a table for two at the impressive Norbar Restaurant North of Barmouth (Norbar) and enjoyed a surreal setting and evening.
