That saw sinks itself in the wood nicely 👍 I sweat a lot too, so hot&humid is a no-go for me 😵💫 Some good quality firewood there ! Thanx for sharing !
Thanks bro for always watching and commenting! I appreciate it! Yeah, that white ash is fun to work with.💪😎And hand splitting it makes you think you’re Paul Bunyan Jr. Does Beech split easy or no? We actually don’t have any here in north central Wisconsin.
@@EdgeOfTheNorth No problem, i really like your content. Beech splits pretty easy as long it is still fresh(also goes for hornbeam) And i always split my firewood by hand 😉
@@DeadWoodLogging6996oh wow, by hand huh? You must be in shape! And Hornbeam? We call that Ironwood over here. Ostrya virginiana is the Latin name I believe. If we’re talking about the same species.
@@EdgeOfTheNorth Hornbeam is also known as ironwood (lat. Carpinus), and ironwood suits it just right 🤣 Yeah, well handsplitting is a good exercize, but i'm not a great fun of that-goes with the job...
@@DeadWoodLogging6996oh ok, yeah we call that Musclewood or Blue beech, even though it’s not true Beech. // you saving up for a hydraulic splitter, or no?
