That's great sir because that case for crystal input side oscillates once has been a challenge to me. and I had thought that it's normal for one side of crystal to oscillate. But now I have understood that logic that I should use ground which comes with probe.

Thee is leakage in the MOSFET or MOSFET channel is not open completely...that is the MOSFET is not working fine. Or sometime leakage from the auxiliary component of the circuit.
