Very good footage. In this overall tour, the band sounded different. Ronnie Tutt was not the drummer. It was Larry Londin and Glen Hardin left the band in the end of 1975 (New Year´s Eve concert).
Elvis was on auto-pilot during this show and not in very good voice either. By 1976 most of his concerts were a shadow of what he was capable of. Sadly, nobody (including Elvis himself) wanted to make any lasting changes so the circus rolled on until August 16th, 1977.
That is true with the exception of the mini-tour from December 1976 and a few other concerts. It's crazy to think about since 1974-1975 offered some of his best all-time performances (such as shows from June-August 1974 and June-July 1975.
@@FortunateDegree The October 14 (Chicago) concert was good too and really was the start of Elvis working his way up to late December. Cow Palace (November) is another example. You should check it out!

Exactly. As written by the friend below, there were such good performances during the year, but unfortunately he was dying.
