New video from EricaPoseley ?? I watch immediately. I waited a long time ! Great story. You seem to be a really great caring horse person Erica. I wish I had a chnce to have lessons with you. Like, a month, to help me get rid of some bad habits. My riding dys are over now. Wish you to spread your love and respect to horses as wide as possible. Greetings from Poland.
I need hours and hours on the longe to get fixed, with a good ground person who can keep our circle round. The only lesson I really learned at the last place was how mangled my position is. I don't even know what I was doing right, or just ok. Toes cocked out, pinching knee, stiff ankles, get weight even across the stirrups, arched back tips seat bones back, tend to weight one side of my body too much which has a cascade effect on other body parts, carry elbows too open, fingers don't stay closed, one hand has a mind of it's own, and I need to learn to use my core. I also get anxious when the slightest thing happens, so I get a slight fetal curl that happens. All of this needs work before I can make progress off my plateau. But I haven't had riding time in at least 2 years. Now with corona virus all the barns offering lessons aren't accepting new students.
Glad you enjoyed my video. Please contact me if you want to get some help on your riding position via a video consultation. Go to my website got seat.com for more information. Good luck Erica
Yes, I did teach on Vancouver Island last year. I would love to do another clinic in Canada. Please contact me if you think you might have some interested people.
@@EricaPoseley I am in a small private barn for military and veterans only, about 35 horses unfortunately with only a few of us who ride and even fewer of us who want to learn more. I would absolutely love to have you for a clinic, I will do some research into it!!
