Yo this is jasper, i just started a TH-cam its called Jasper Mint, but i can't figure out how to turn the comments on, and i have to turn them on in edit video like 3 times before it stays like that, and my uncle said that if you keep enabling it that way then your account can get banned, id really appreciate it if you could reply and let me know

Sorry for the late reply but I thought it’s because you put ur account age as below 16 or smth I think
