Hi Steve. I'm a bit worried about bolt at 3:55 on your video. Looks like it is sitting on the metal plate next to it. During traveling I would be afraid this bolt might bend or break. Please check, better safe then sorry right?
I cringed every time you hit those axle frames with the hammer. Personally I would have used a buffer like a piece of 2x4. But, great job Steve.

You've made it a little more difficult to back the trailer. And your side rails are too far forward. Should have just moved the winch post to the rear.
I usually move the winch post and axels as a last resort
Still too heavy will probably move that 3”.
