I don't know what it is, but Captain America: The Winter Soldier has some of the most intense fight scenes in the entire MCU - like Bucky doesn't just fight to hurt like Thanos fought in Wakanda and on Titan, no; Bucky fights to kill at any moment - prove me wrong

I love Winter Soldier fight scenes because I really feel the killer instinct
IMO the warehouse fight and the Sharon Carter fight scenes in TFATWS were pretty intense too.
That's because you have to keep in mind that Bucky and The Winter Soldier are effectively two completely separate entities. Bucky is strong, no doubt, but that is Bucky Barnes in control of himself. He's a decent fighter and a good soldier, but he isn't the trained efficient killer that the Winter Soldier persona is. And he doesn't have access to those skills, because those are skills that were conditioned into him by Hydra under brainwashing.
Bucky is 1000x more stronger when he is mind controlled. The dude basically took out all shield soldiers by himself and landed a surprise attack against cap and falcon.
I like that Bucky's fighting skills are more Military styled. He always tries to get back to his weapons before going hand to hand completely.

I watched a video of the winter soldier vs red hood/ Jason todd. It was fanmade but still quite inpressive.
Bucky almost beats up cap, falcon and black widow but in the show falcon and winter soldier he can barely beat up the new cap with the help of falcon . It’s like when the best gun in call of duty received a nerf.
Well the new cap is said to be stronger than Steve Rodgers. Only because when the new cap took the serum he is known to be the perfect soldier. Which is why he was chosen to be Captain America in the first place. It explains that in the comics too. Plus the new cap really isn’t afraid of killing. I doubt Steve wasn’t holding back in this scene due to it being Bucky.

@Joaquín Escalante Wasn't anger. It was determination. Cap realized that Bucky wasn't going to stop fighting him and was damn sure not going to listen to reason. After Cap gets stabbed in the shoulder, he realizes he can't afford to hold back anymore, but he still doesn't want to kill Bucky. He needs to end it quickly, so he gives him everything he's got and puts him in positions in which Bucky can't make good use of his metal arm.
In the first hold, Bucky is forced to lean on his metal arm and can't use it to fight back. In the second hold, his arm is free and he tries (and succeeds) in prying off Cap's arm, but Cap was prepared for it and pins the metal arm down with his leg instead, so he can continue the chokehold.
In short, Cap wasn't angry, he was just very determined and had to go all out against Bucky without killing him, so he needed to get smart about dealing with the arm. After having seen him in action a few times, he knew exactly how to deal with it.

I love the fight scenes in this movie, hand to hand is always fun. I really like how they emphasize their strength too like when Cap picks Bucky up with one arm and slams him down.

That Time The Falcon And The Winter Soldier Were Enemies 0:42
If there ever a great hand to hand combat moment, then here it is. Nothing but skill and weapons being used. Only difference, more skill than weapons.
He didn't give up on him, he was just buried over 70 years of brainwashing and torture. Steve got off easy, it was like jumpcut to then and now, while Bucky felt every minute of just inhuman treatment. He was only asking for a minute of humanity and was rejected. Civil war didn't do him any favors too.
If we closely watched and analyzed both captian and Bucky's fight, we can see they both can blow heavy punches to eliminate the opponent if they are really aggressive or threat is comparatively dangerous and if they want... But in this scene if we observe closely, we can see that both they were pulling their punches and every moment... This makes the emotions between two really long lost friends doing their missions in this shot really intence.... I really liked the moment when bucky didn't try to kill Steve but just shot a flesh wound considering he was an assassin manipulated to finish his mission at any cost..... And the pain in steve's face as he dislocate the shoulder of bucky and choke him unconscious just because he didn't had any other option to keep the chip safe and insert in time... Both the makers and actors given their best performance to make this scene thrilling as well as equally emotional and intence...
