I know a lot of people are comparing this to F1, but honestly i think this sounds a lot better. It seems to have more range and depth to it rather than just a loud high scream. I knew this car sounded good, but i had no idea it was this good. Damn...
Brandon Ryan F1 V10 and V12 engines rev at 20k rpm, this car does half that. You're right though, the deeper bass notes make it sound nicer compared to the shrill screaming of older F1 engines.
Somehow the LFA sounds like an F1 BRM V16, that had a deeper rumble combined with the thin scream of a supercharger.

YOu think that just because you never heard an F1 in person. NOTHING has as much range, depth, detail and complexity to the sound. The loud scream is just how you hear it after it was recorded with shitty microphones and played through shitty speakers. There's plenty of depth to F1 sound.

This means nothing. The same Jeremy Clarkson also harshly criticized the Lexus Rcf. With insight, his points weren't really legit and it was obvious he rushed the test toward conclusion.

@@ajf5745 because I'm sparing money for them. The Rcf costs around 50'000 dollars used with clean book, it's a solid amount. I'm in a good way though.
@@benoitbricet8885 well motor trend also agrees with clarkson that the RCf is just too damn heavy to have fun with. The driver aids also prevent fun because they cannot be fully turned off. The gsf they say is a better option.

Allegedly, someone's LFA was written off after it fell off a truck. Understandably, the owner was devastated. I don't want to think about any more that have been so much as scratched, but this truly is a magnificent car.

Why don't Lexus make a successor to this with 900hp high revving V10 hybrid?
in Japanese culture, something like "overdoing" isn't considered as "beautiful" thing. thus, Lexus, which regards themselves as representation of Japan in automobile industry, produced LFA with 560hp. I'm pretty sure no Japanese manufacturer would produce "hyper car" likewise La Ferrari and Koenigsegg Agerra in the future.
