This is one of the most underrated water parks period. The setting is really amazing. The theming is kitschy and tongue in cheek. The slide collection is very good. And the Hubba Hubba Highway is one of my favorite lazy rivers. I have one tiny complaint and that is that really steep incline over by the wave pool from the higher area. I have kids and a stoller and you're not even allowed to go down that slope with a stroller (or in a wheel chair) because of the steep slope. It's the one spot where the terrain is a downside.
They used to have a rare aqua skoot model the slide where you skip across the water like a stone .Action Park had the original model where it actually used rollers
Hurricane Harbor in Arlington TX had one too. It was my favorite slide there, then they removed it around 2018-2019. My one visit to Water Country was in 2018, when they still had theirs, but I didn't have enough time for it. I would've prioritized it had I known it was about to be removed.
Haven't been to Water Country in over 20 years, but I remember the (now defunct) Peppermint Twist and Lemon Drop body slides being particularly insane. As a 12 year-old, those were the most memorable slides aside from the (also defunct) Rampage, which was mentioned in another comment. Based on your footage, I think Peppermint Twist might have been replaced by Jammin' Jukebox.
Gosh I remember how crazy peppermint twist was as a child. I only ever went down it one time because of how intense the turns were. I, unfortunately, never got a chance to try it when I was older. Lemon Drop was fun, they were a good looking combo
When the sun is blazing and the summer gets hot, Water Country's a very cool spot. There's no better place to feel and be young. Water Country have some fun......Oh, wait. Wrong park. Oooops.😊😊
I spent about an hour here in 2018 and only did a couple slides right before they closed. I do love waterparks and would like to give this more time, but Busch Gardens is just too good to give up much (or any) time there. It was nice to see all that the waterpark has to offer though.
seaworld can't even staff the parking trams at BGW. a shuttle between bgw and WC is a lofty thought. although seaworld offers quality attractions and theming, and the ops and customer service are generally good, the entire company is being managed by meth heads

I love the setting. That was what shocked me most.

I was sad they removed it.

I told you action park is more known than mountain creek
Always wanted to check this park out great slide collection that covers everything with no holes in the lineup
It's so well balanced.
Water country is my favorite water park I’ve been too. Lots of shade combined with bgw makes this a great park
It has a nice atmosphere and lineup.
I would love to see an Ranking about your favorite waterparks
I've made a top water park video in past years.

I was disappointed Rampage was removed.

I usually do what you do for food unless I have a dining pass. I love when parks can utilize terrain.
That's fair on food. For me it also comes down to whether the park has good food.

I've heard that song ad nauseum in the summer and I don't mind.
Loved this place growing up
I enjoyed it last year.

I agree Busch Gardens is the star in the area and hard to divert time from.
I think the park looks like a whole lot of wet, splashy, soaky fun. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Definitely a strong slide lineup.
Not sure if you heard, but WhalesTale announced that Candia Springs would not reopen this year. 🙁
That's unfortunate. I had not heard that.
Will you do a re review for silver bullet at Knott’s Berry Farm?
At some point, I plan to.
I love this place was there last year.
Nice!
Are you able to film on the water slides
Most of them with a GoPro. The exceptions are Nitro Racer and the speed slides.
Two towers? 5:33
One tower for both the trapdoor and non-trapdoor slides.

I've had good experiences at Busch Gardens, but that's fair they struggle to have trams going consistently.
Good water park
Yeah it is
This my home waterpark. I don't like the way they changed the color on jet scream
Why?
I like the vibrant colors it has now.
Because half the slide is blue and the other half is a different color.@@mitchellries256
When I saw the title I thought it was Disneys water country.
Never went there.
You mean River Country.

What about it?
