21:45 dude flopped three of a kind and checked all the way?!?! You let a 54 offsuit suck out turn and river when he still probably would’ve folded to a bet on the river too. You’re losing money where you don’t have to my man. Weird checks. Very weird checks. Just bet him off his 4 high so he doesn’t hit. Simple. He’d be chasing the flush with that hand there 0% of the time
he has no reason to bet. the flop doesnt make much sense to bet as villains range is so wide when defending the BB. 5 on the turn brings in flush, could argue that he can bet but he's only really getting called by what he is losing to as the only thing he is ahead of that calls is 9X and even getting raised by 9X with Jc, Qc, Kc, Ac. Check on the turn is fine imo. river you just gotta shut down its just an unfortunate runout. no point looking at how he let 54 win there as villains range is massive and there is so much he is losing to
I think David min raised to get you to shove and isolate knowing that you could have been shoving light and Pavel would have shoved over the top. Basically baiting you to get all in against Pavel giving him a shot to ladder up. Leave himself with 1k chips compared with 2BB doesn't really make much difference when he has the chance to ladder by getting you all in
I've always criticized Jeff's final table play as opposed to his mid-tourney and bubble play, which is phenomenal. But I'm almost coming to the conclusion that he's really not terrible at FTs in general, he's just bad at FTs in bounty tournaments. He calculates ICM pressures as if he were playing a normal tournament. Some of these plays are completely defendable in non-bounty situations, but pretty egregious in a bounty FT. I think that Jeff needs to either a) stick to non-bounty tournaments or b) study and develop his approach to ICM pressures in bounty tournaments to properly calculate some of these marginal situations where he tends to make the passive decision. If he does b, I think he could add an extra 15-20% to his expected returns in his tournament game long term. Its a serious leak in his game, in my opinion, but I don't think it should be understated just how good the rest of his tournament game is. He is really, really, really, excellent everywhere except the FT.
@@jeffreyg5718 I mean flop goes check/call, OTT Jeff decided to lead I don't know for what reason, and suddenly they are allin OTR. There is missing action.
I’m not a pro player, but shouldn’t you be playing much more aggressive in bounty tournaments? It seems strange to take so many passive, unusual lines in this format.
Jeff has the smallest bounty on the table bc of how passive he was playing. I mean he did well, but we all know how bounty tournaments work. Some spots you just have to take it whether it feels right or not lol
Funny how so many comments are that he was not aggressive enough. Would love to see all of these super aggressive commentators results. They say a chip not risked is the same as a chip earned. Think his range was wide enough considering how the others at the table were playing.
i dont understand how you can fold 77 to a 10bb jam from BU and second biggest bounty oon table and only one which u cover :P man if u need coaching just ask me haha :D bankroll is not all.
gotta ship the QJ in the DAvid Peters Hand

Dude, you have to be equilibrated, I think sometimes it's fine does what he did, no always just every once in a while

Seriously wtf is he doing
@@alfie3185 hot take
I think he plays these knockout FTs badly overall because he wants/values the viewership stats more than the cash.
Dude you're killing it 👏👏👏
Jeffski groski baby 👊🏻 do you reckon live poker will ever be played again Jeff 🙏🏻

2 obvious errors were the pocket 77s and the 9TT flop , check all the way thru???

He always has small bounties at final tables 😂😂 but equally. He must be doing something right, as he goes deep in so many tournaments!
2:32 is very well play with 8 3 A on board AK is monster. that a very nice trap.
4:00 what happened there?
What do you mean?

These ko tourneys are so mind blowing
Too bad bro very close , an excellent video though
Seeing the real names and realizing these are the people behind the screen names is fucking scary IMO
The 7s fold for a 2800 bounty was bad, gotta call there especially vs an agro player like foxen.

Probably because the icm jumps worked out greater then getting your stack all in with fairly average hands to get a bounty, risking your tourney life
Jeff is a nit and pretty successful one.
most passive player ever... have no idea how he is playing so high..

Was a sb reshove over utg open. Bet you feel like a coach now lol
What are u talking about?
Ok i though he is on sb, sorry :P
Cheers!!
that guy folded on purpose so you couldn't have his bounty
Was just thinking the same thing.. crazy fold.
No he was hoping Jeff would be knocked out and he’d get the pay jump
David Peters pro fold with 1000 chips hoping for u to bust for a pay jump
Deez plays 🤦🏻♂️
Another day ... another final table!

Dude raised 3bb left some chips behind, ofc he would fold for the ladder if it were 2 all ins after that... totally worth it
