@tharedviberoom it could have been a Satellite starting out for all I know. They are all the same came technically. But the GTX was an option. It wss always tbe Plymouth equal to a Charger so trim and horsepower was the idea.

i know this comment will probably not be seen by anyone but i have something i have to say how is this car able to go 270 mph as some people say when the gauges at 1:27 or 1:28 says 150 mph in the bottom left corner i don't get it i mean it seems like a waste to put 2,000 horsepower or more into a ride like this & only go 150 mph it just doesn't make sense to me it is a sweet ride but it just seems to be a waste to put that much power into a car & not go 200 plus in my opinion
One of my favorite cars from the movie.
With 2,000 Horsepower packing in this Supercharged HEMi V8, Dom's Plymouth GTX is the fastest car in the F&F franchise.

And more beautfull gtx on movie screen !!
Definitely a '72... with lots of cool additions.
If it’s a 72 it’s got to he a roadrunner cause the GTX was only it’s own separate car during 1971
My fav muscle car ever. Either that is a '72 or has a '72 rear bumper and taillights
Yeah it’s weird. It’s always called a 71 but it obviously has the 72 back end
Yeah.
It's a 71 Plymouth gtx
They said it was actually a '70 Roadrunner converted. Plus, it definitely doesn't have the 426 under the hood. It's like high 300's.
It's a 71 heavily modified. And looks a Beast.
Certainly a 72 but with 71 badges. by 72 the GTX was only an option on the Roadrunner.

Get a 73-77 gm classic they run fairly cheap right now but won't be fast out the box so definitely gonna need mods some more than others
I love the fast and furious franchise
He switched from Dom Toretto to Xavier Cage/XXX back to Dom in record time
BTw this is 1972 Roadrunner converted to GTX (not 1971)
I called it the 71 because all the marketing calls it a 71
@@aquestforthetruth1653 marketing knows shit about this cars. ‘71 got different tail lights and side marks, and they use cheap LS motor in movie
