So happy to see people enjoying good tea and getting educated. I've been drinking whole leaf Chinese & Indian tea for 15 years now. I have tea setups at home, work, and my parents house. Will definitely be checking out the store!
Keep up the awesome work! I’ve never ventured into the realm of tea but after stumbling across your videos on social media I might just have to! I enjoy how soothing and informative your videos are.
Samee, I've found the podcasts he started are nice, and the live teatime he does everyday at midday LA time are both good for satiating my hunger for jesse tea content. Just if your finding the shorts to not be enough.
I unfortunately don’t have the room/space for a tea table but the moment I do ima get my tray table and get a couple sample boxes. And of course a couple tea pets.
New fan with some questions! After watching your videos, I understand the purpose of the wash. However, when you pour your wash into your tea cup to pour out you often over fill and overflow. Does this make your cup sticky?
I don't think that would make the cup sticky. Keep in mind there's no sugar in the tea, so there shouldn't be anything that would make them sticky or feel weird. And I do tend to tap the leaves in my filter back into the tea I'm steeping, yes. I don't think there's any harm in that, and I want to get the most of the tea I paid for and avoid waste. I'm not sure if Jesse does the same, but that's my two cents.
You should definitely make another 80 minute tea mix video , I very much enjoy these 👍🏻☺️
Those 900 year old tea pets have quite literally seen multiple dynasties rise and fall.
Amazing history behind this culture.
I never, ever would have thought I'd enjoy 80 minutes of watching gongfu tea over lo-fi beats but this is the bestest thing ever.
It has some weird gravity to it doesn’t it
@@jessesteahouse it does indeed.

Thanks!! Let me know if you need recommendations on what to get
Thanks for this video, Jessie. I'm having a pretty bad day so far and this helped me get through my morning
7:29 had me dying
I love watching this video! Im gon a go have some Gong Mei White Tea now! Have a good one Jesse and fellow tea friends!
Awesome!! I hope you like it - that is def one of my favorites I have on the site right now
It would be cute to see a tea pet that's a small teacup that has a purpose of holding some of the wash to show you the color difference
I’m going to start leaving this play on the tv in my office all day. Keep these coming!!
This was so relaxing I fell asleep. I've now been subliminally influenced to drink tea and hopefully learned some Mandarin.
Jesse's Teahouse, the Infomercial special.
My best friend Nick Mullen recommended this video to me.
Only thing that could put me to sleep last night was this video
We need another!!! Ive rewatched all your stuff a few times now bc its too satisfying

Ohhh you steep the whole thing… I always take the tea out

You can totally dry brew without a tea tray. Just pick up a gaiwan and a cup of a similar size. Super compact. Don't wait to start enjoying good tea!
Watching this makes me miss my Chinese teacher. She would make us some homemade food and would have us sing songs together. Great video!
First Comment! Amazing work. Nothing but good vibes. =)
Thanks :)
Hell yeah I'm straight and I love this

My second question, can you reintroduce your waste or loss leaves in the strainer back into your steep? Or is it best to leave in the strainer?

Do you ever wash your tea pets? Where do they stay when you aren't drinking tea?
No i dont wash them - i like that they get that patina and show their age! And they just stay on the table - i leave the table out all the time
Little cups. Do I ever get a large. Cup. 16 0z?
joking aside, 7:33 is thought provoking. that face is one of a man regretting some choices.
hell yeah, I'm gay and I love this
@ jessieissorude. Don't say gay here in the chat keep that word to yourself
I don’t claim u anime pfp
Grow up
“Gay” as in “happy”?
