Constructive criticism; your animation is mostly buttery smooth, but mouths specifically are kind of rigid. Keep in mind that the circumference of the mouth will be roughly the same, like thw lips stretching like a floppy rubber band. You did best on mouths when it comes to nitebear's and Yooreek's, they're a lot better. Did you just make them later?
Oh my god, the animation quality is so good. I especially like the creative morphing used to turn some of those 2D monster gimmicks into 3D. Beautiful work mate!
