I agree with you, I had a senior colleague at work who lived well but never had an investment, unfortunately his job ended so he went from living well to surviving with his family.
Investing is a primary decision to be made for the future. If you see this and you don't have an investment, plan to have one, so you don't end up like my main colleague at work.
It made perfect sense, as he said for an investment, the person has to consider the rate of profit versus the rate of loss at least 2%minimum risk, and also experience for you to guide and help them

Users don't necessarily need to pay gas, Biconomy is one of the largest infra projects that can make end user transactions gasless by allowing DApps to pay it for them instead. Needed for mass adoption

As a bitcoiner and Web 3 guy, it really gets tiresome sometimes the jostling between communities. BTC and Web 3 are totally different things and serve different functions, BTC is censorship resistant, robust and sovereign (monetary freedom for people who are financially oppressed). Web 3 is a platform to create projects of different kinds, hopefully it will evolve and in the not too distant future it will be sufficiently decentralized and permissionless (even so there is still a bigger problem and that is that there are only 2 options for mobile operating systems google Android and Apple IOS, until this does not change web can never be permissionless & censorship resistant).

For web3 to reach mass adoption it needs to be as good as web2 (if not better) at these three things:
1. Ease of use
2. Ease of access
3. Speed
decentralization is good and all but its lower on the list of importance for the average user.

Nice video BUT don't confuse Tim Burner Lee's semantic web (known as web3 since 1999) with the new crypto-backed decentralized web (also now called web3). These are two totally different concepts and technologies.

It would be good if you make vids on categories e.g IOT (iota iotx etc), Streaming (theta livepeer etc), music (audio opulous etc), NFT (immutableX flow etc)....Talk about if they truly hold water or they are so labeled for marketing hypes on concepts...so as to allow your fans to take a highet perspective.

Companies are centralized but not the servers, they will store data in multiple servers.
I personally have a hard time believing in the true success of Web3 because the main consumer doesn’t want to be involved in the building process. Most people want to turn off their brain and use a finished product and don’t care about who owns it or what’s behind, they just want to use it and don’t think. In a decentralized structure, the incentive to build truly amazing products might be smaller, because no superior entity (aka a company) is pushing and coordinating a lot of people towards a single goal. The builders of Web3 might not feel the same responsibility they would if they were part of a huge corporation.
I think you are a little confused. The average person won't be involved and are not needed for web3, but can participate if they really want too on a fair and even playing field. Look at the sudden rise of DAPS and Cryptos and all the engineers leaving the more tradition companies for more creative freedom, better work conditions and pay. The average person will still get the finished result , but it will just be a more decentralized one.
Like all transitions there will be a battle as the minority holding the majority don't want to loose their strangle hold , but it will come just like when cars killed the railroads , email killed the post office, streaming killed the video shops and EV / green energy will kill the oil industry .
Corporation have an incentive to screw as much money about off you cattle
