PDP is not insisting. Their candidate was never disqualified but people rushed to the press for sensational news before even seeing the Certified True Copy of the verdict.
Nowhere did it say Asue Ighodalo was disqualified. Voiding the primaries is not the same as disqualifying the candidate.
Was a list of delegates sent to INEC?
Yes, a list of delegates was sent by PDP to INEC and INEC was present in the PDP governorship primary Asue Ighodalo won.

My only advice to pdp , they should not appeal the case to let us see the outcome since it doesn’t affect their candidate.
Asue Ighodalo no doubt is a better candidate in this race.
But, party insincerity and lies will make him not participate in the election and this is sad.
PDP should put it's house in order, appeal this judgement and get your candidate back into the race.
Otherwise, as it stands with this court judgment, Asue Ighodalo is not in the race for the governorship election.
