my wife is pregnantwith dcda twins...both are vertex....37th week is going to complete with in 3 days....fetus moment are good...whats good time for delivery if there is no labour sign in coming days

Sir my understanding from nature is that having an adequate sun light exposure daily for a child bearing women during pregnancy will reduce complications.
This vitamin D may be a hidden secret of previous generations & animals around us.

Sir what about dcda with DMT2 on insulin...sugar control good.

In any twin pregnancy whether it's DCDA or MCDA, suger control is little difficult than singleton pregnancies.

Sir having a good amount of vitamin D levels in mother may help to manage sugar levels in pregnancy.

@@sideupsun In obstetrics, in most of the cases we always allow the patient for their natural path of delivery. So wait for labor to start until 40 weeks until unless any complication is there. If you are more worried then little more frequent monitoring is enough!!
