    How long and how often do you have to listen to gain the benefits?

      I've been playing them at night when I sleep on low volume. That works for me. But I think even just 30mins while you get ready in the morning or before bed would be valuable.
      I'm no expert just decided there is no harm in trying to add this into my life.
