Thank you. Never let it be said that auditors can't give credit where it's due. Not the most spectacular viewing but compliance from an Officer is what we expect.
@Ploddingalong67 very much agreed my friend ..... It seems that giving respect to the public, many of these constables, sergents, inspectors etc is like severe dental surgery without anaesthetic..... keep up the superb work 👏 👌
@@JoeyRhubarb he said morale was high. While they are in special measures and crime rate resolution goes down. I’d suggest that is a clear indication he’s happy with it.!! Come on I’ve worked in dysfunctional workplaces and the biggest problem was those who refused to accept it and therefore get behind improvements.
5.4% and in Special Measures ? But this Sgt cannot comment 😂😂😂 But apparently Morale is High !!! Resolution of Crime gets Lower and Lower but the Sgt has no concerns over Crime Statistics !!!
If they ask: How did you get here... you can say you parachuted If they ask why are you filming.... say because your phone has a camera. If they ask why the police station.... say well... people used to be executed at the Tower of London but people film that all day. If they don't... want to be filmed say well... since Wayne cousins... always switch my camera on when a potential killer approaches me. Just Ideas and no im not THE ROCK X)
An old-fashioned courtesy, I'm afraid, just the way I was brought up. Will endeavour to call them by name or rank in the future just to keep them honest!
He still walked up to you with 1 hand in pocket. This under College of Policing guidance is seen as rude & disrespectful….that apart , a pass 👍
Good spot, I missed that, thanks .
Another excellent Audit Ploddingalong, Thank you & the Picture in Picture is an excellent touch also 😉😉😉😉

Wiltshire police are in special measures
They are, but this guy doesn't appear concerned about that, or the appalling crime resolution figures.
He said he couldn't comment, not that he wasn't concerned by it.
@JoeyRhubarb he wasn't bothered by it. He's got regular work and a protected pension, that's what he cares about.
@@Ploddingalong67 In your opinion. Best to go on what we do know, not what we assume.

Sarge is happy but Wiltshire Police are woeful and in special measures. Says it all really.
