Yes! I've spent the whole afternoon trying to figure out why the same message appears. I followed the instruction guide, following the menu exactly, but still with no luck.

There are older versions of this phone and they are called the same. So maybe you got another version of the phone.

Mine works even the tri cut sim 😂😂😂😂
