Two classy people stand out in this video: - The lady that stopped, confronted the road rager, recorded it and called 911. - The father for being a father and not tolerating his daughter's wrong actions.
The "father" started being a father when his daughter is already in big trouble with the law and is doing it just to save face instead of going against it since the video is big evidence of how his daughter behaves in public
"I walked to her, and she walks to me. Then she was in my face." What she did wasnt right. However this older woman should not have got out of her car. She knew she was also road raging. She wanted a confrontation. She got one. Now she enjoys being the victim I guess.

Because someone 18-64 is the same age bracket you are not vulnerable at 60. A 60-year-old can fight a 19 year old in the same logic with it being a misdemeanor. This is why a child fighting another child is not child abuse because people of the same age bracket cannot commit ageism.

It's just an arbitrary range like how in the US the "legal" adult age is 21 but 19 in Canada. Not much difference between a 19 and 21 year old in terms of maturity and competence. The same applies to the "elderly" label, it's just an arbitrary number for legal purposes but I think it used to line up with retirement age.

If a 60 y.o. is beaten up, misdemeanor.
If a 65 y.o. is beaten up, felony.
How is that differentiation legally allowed?
Because someone 18-64 is the same age bracket you are not vulnerable at 60. A 60-year-old can fight a 19 year old in the same logic with it being a misdemeanor. This is why a child fighting another child is not child abuse because people of the same age bracket cannot commit ageism.

Big shout out to the witness who filmed and called 911. That girl clearly has no regard for anyone other than herself. She needs to sit in jail, for sure.
A misdemeanour because the victim was only 60? Ridiculous. She needs to be in jail 30 days.
Exactly I agree !!
30 days to think right?
“Only” 60 is crazy
Go cry about it and make a law for it then. 😂😂😂 senior citizens are 65 and up. It’s ALWAYS been like that even before YOU was born. So get over it.
Lmao why did the 60 year old get out the car
😂 she eating jail food instead of bbq 😂
People who have road rage like that should have their license revoked immediately

I love how the cop stressed the fact that she was an older woman in 60’s, he didn’t sugar coat. He made sure her family was aware.
The family, are you kidding me?Look at the dad,and brother all losered out , he don't care ,reason why he wanted to leave her in jail was , He's too lazy and a sht.Father to go bail his kid out😂 GEE , WHERE DO KIDS LEARN THEIR BEHAVIORS FROM???😂 crappy parenting 🎉
60 is not older.
With an autistic child in the car... 🤦♂️
@@caseykelso1 Lmfao, if my kid did that, especially to an elderly woman, its not the fact that i'm 'lazy', its the simple fact that things like these have consequences. I wouldn't bail my children out, i'd let them learn what not to do, and then when they get out, work for their fine(s)... many lessons in one. Things have consequences, you're a grown adult that made a dumb mistake, now work and earn your right to go back into society.
@@philpalmer4877who cares that she has a re-re in the car? That makes no difference
The way she hit that 60 year old woman should have been a felony charge terrible thank you to the lady who recorded it and called the police
Community service does nothing to compensate the victim, she should have to mow her lawn or something else for the duration of her sentence or pay a fine to the victim.
The victim should sue in civil court for injury and trauma.
I'm glad she had the paramedics check her out. At the very beginning when she started talking, she was so out of it that I wondered if she had been drinking

I know the mom told the son not to hit her, but if someone punched my mom right in front of me, I'm getting a murder charge.
I completely understand that because same. However she said her son has autism so that explains why she probably didn’t want him to step on because it could’ve put him in such a bad position

Who knows how severe his autism is. Better he stay back like his mom said

How is getting out of your car to attack an elderly woman A MISDEMEANOR
It should be a felony.
Because it was another woman
Democrats, that's why....
The cop said it in the video. 65 is elderly according to the law, not 63.
If you are white and commit a crime it is always a misdemeanor no matter what.
Take her license away for 3 years. Every time she needs to go somewhere, it will remind her of these dumb decisions.
She'll just drive on suspended or revoked. If she's going to beat up an old lady like that, I suspect that she wouldn't let a little thing like not having a drivers license prevent her from driving.
House arrest!!!
Yup- got mine taken away for 10 years and am reminded of how alcohol caused all this on the daily. 6 years clean though and 3 more years until I get my license again so it actually was the best thing for me at the time

Old lady is not innocent tho, why didn't she tell the cops she provoked the problem and paid the price, mess around and find out. Old lady was driving reckless and got off her car at the light to confront the other driver, old lady needs to be in handcuffs as well for getting out of her car to provoke the fight. “Where she learns that stupid shit… idk” dudes legit she’s almost 20 just cause she’s lives in his house don’t mean he’s responsible for her
Father of the year? She either learned it from him or he neglected to prevent her from learning that behavior from somewhere else. And then acts like an a--hole and turns his back on her in front of the cops to show his disapproval like "she didn't learn that from me." Loser dad. Loser kid.
Father of the year, he raised a child who beats elderly women.
@@user-white007yes it does actually. That’s exactly what that means🤡
@playdohsrepublic3562 you must not be a parent. We can instill as many morals and good behaviors into our children as we may, but it's a constant battle as they grow to have to deal with the influences they have to other people's kids in public schools as well as we no longer have control over where they go and who they end up hanging around once they're 18. He could be an AMAZING father for all we know. But that girl is nearly 20 years old. God only knows the type of people she's around in that area outside of her home as well as the influences she's been around growing up in school. This is why you can have multiple children and all but one of them can be amazing, upstanding citizens while the other one chooses a destructive path instead.
Her dad said EXACTLY what I would have said if it were one of my own daughters acting so unacceptable! We take accountability for our behaviors in this household!
