Spent my day in bed poorly, watching 2013 Vlogmas and actually felt a little emotional from how much those videos got me through. Here I am almost 10 years later feeling the exact same way as 14 year old me did 🥹

I so hope we get some Christmas content- vlogmas has gotten me through some rough times. My sister passed December 10th in 2016 and Zoe’s vlogmas really helped me to make it through. Of course no pressure! We appreciate any content you make ❤🎄

My best friend and I always get told that we act way older than we are. We are both 21 and people always think we are in our late twenties. We both have been watching your videos since we were 11, and I genuinely believe it’s from looking up to you from such a young age! Recently I have really been enjoying early mornings. I get the most peaceful walk with my 3 dogs, make/serve breakfast, and tidy the house/run errands. I don’t get overwhelmed as much anymore because I have so much time to take my time.
One thing I love about Zoe, is that since I was a kid, 99% of my favourite TH-camrs have fallen off the bandwagon and have stopped making videos mainly due to them starting their own brands.
I get it, sometimes things happen in life, and there are better opportunities that come to us I guess, but in saying that, I really appreciate that Zoe has kept going and has still made time for us viewers, no matter the life changes 💜
Just like everyone is saying, the fact that you want to attempt doing vlogmas is already a gift in itself
Decorating for Christmas is best done as soon as November begins! Why not enjoy the joy it brings longer! I started playing Christmas music end of Sept....it just makes me so happy. 🎄
Watching this after packing away all my ornaments in the lounge , surfaces dusted and clean ready for the Christmas decorations and a new tree - takes me all weekend to get it done as I'm a perfectionist lol (do this every year) on the first weekend that follows my birthday on the 22nd November - then I can feel christmassy 🎅🌲. I'm going all out as I didn't enjoy chritsmas last year as was going through chemo so no energy to decorate or even taste my christmas dinner :( . But I'm ok now and cancer free since May so can't wait for December xx

I’m a primary school teacher and I’d say most children do still love reading, and those who don’t love being read to! I think if adults share books with children when they’re young they become very special moments for them 💖
Sat here after an awful couple of days at work, got caught in torrential rain cycling home (with no coat) my airpod slipped from my ear and I spent 5 minutes searching for it in the dark with my glasses so wet they became useless, splashed further by a huge lorry when I finally found it.. thank you for this 38 minutes of peace. You have been my comfort creator since I was 18 years old.. I’m now 30.

In the past 4 weeks, I've gone through a relationship of 12yrs ending, bronchitis, a ear infection that caused a hole in my ear drum and strep throat. It's so true about parenting while sick, I'm now doing it all on my own. I'm so exhausted and I've lost all joy in my life. Thankyou for being the person who made me smile today!

Try hessian bags for the books! you can add numbers to the front and don't need to spend time wrapping, very Eco friendly and can be repurposed when shes outgrows the Christmas books.
It’s so sweet and funny when Ottilie comes over to the camera to say, “Hiya”! The Christmas books are a nice idea. My son’s first book was a Precious Moments Christmas songbook for kids. He loved it, and so did I, even if we were singing it in May.😄
Zoe, the Alfie books by Shirley Hughes are just the best. My kids are all in their 30s now, but seeing the Dogger's First Christmas book transported me back to when they were tiny. It must be time for grandchildren as Christmas for and with children is just the very best. Take good care of yourself xox

My Reception teacher did a similar advent when I was little but she used Christmas themed bags to put them in instead of wrapping them. That might be an easier and quicker option, especially as it's a tradition you want to continue for years to come! ❤

Ah! I love Christmas so much and love you so much! Growing up with you has been pure joy - especially around this season 🥰🤩 I agree - the serotonin boost I get from Christmas decor (and Christmas in general) is UNMATCHED
My little boy adores books too. He's three and knows a lot of books off by heart! He has no interest in the tablet.

Love the idea of a book advent! Would encourage people to make use of their local libraries too if they can and also wrapping books in fabric to help reduce waste 📚
When she’s a bit older maybe 4/5 I’d highly recommend the jolly Christmas postman. I loved all these books as a kid and have got them for my children.
One book suggestion for the Advent books I recommend for later on is JRR Tolkien's Father Christmas Letters, it's all the letters his children received on Christmas Day from Father Christmas. I'm sure little Ottie will love this Zoe.
I’m 15 and I LOVE reading. Some good books for when Ottie gets older is the Mr Gum series. ❤
Rather than wrapping every year you could get some little drawstring pouches/bags for reusing every year and can rebag and put away after each one is read and it’s ready for next year! X
I remember your Say Yes video when you talked about your anxiety and it really helped me. I didn’t know what anxiety was but was having panic attacks and seeing that I wasn’t alone meant a lot.
I literally feel like everything you say I relate to so much and have done for the past 10 years or so! It’s like you’re an extension of myself or someone I know i’d be best mates with. If you put tape running on the inside and leave a little tab for her to pull she should be able to open presents much easier (think like the red pull tab on a packet of biscuits)

I'm just discovering my own struggles with anxiety--wanting things in the future in my control. And Zoe's bit about wanting physical things in her control made me think of her struggles with anxiety and how far she's come and the progress that we can also make.
