@@virtuousviking yes, I am doing alot of that and healing. I suffered an identity crisis so bad. My opps took advantage of that trauma, they are several narcissists gaslighting me, they used my emotional traumas and are making me numb to their abusive toxic selves.
It can be difficult for one to try and better ourselves when it seems like the world is only interested in reminding us of your past trauma. Although it can be “numbing”, consider it an opportunity for growth. If what they say is triggering, try and focus on understanding why you were triggered and what trauma is it

As you continue to grow through personal reflection, understanding, and acceptance, the things that once harmed us will no longer hold weight because you’ve already evaluated it yourself and came to a conclusion. The more you know yourself, the more foolish they will look for judging you without the knowledge

My solitude isn't anything personal... sometimes i tend to get easily distracted...n for the past couple years I been building a better relationship with God n trying to finish promote and sale my book LOYAL 2 NONE BY BILLI LYON (go buy one please) so when im in grind mode i had to b tunnel vision...then on top of that i had alot of emotional stuff i had to work on so i could b ready for my next level... However i figured since I live in the same place anyone that didn't pull up was busy with life...n that's ok cuz i hate cold weather i usually hibernate all winter...😂😂😂so ppl that know me well knows that im usually seen whenever the weather is about 47°😂😂❤
