Was the Talleys' "Typical Day" project and the Kingsmen's "The Judgment" project recorded on the same night? They have the same backdrop. I have "The Judgment" VHS, and it's only about 35 minutes long. So, maybe they split the Kingsmen and the Talleys split their production costs by doing two, short VHS videos? I know those videos were expensive to produce back then. I paid $30 for the Kingsmen project.
To be honest I'm not sure, but that certainly wouldn't surprise me. I've seen where other groups have done the same thing (I immediately think of BFA, the Nelons, the Martins mid-90s), so it's definitely a possibility.
I love listening to these singers proclaiming Jesus. I do wish they could have put the names up because I didn’t recognize some.
Awesome! Best era of SG.
Awesome indeed.
Like it was inspiring
Who is it that sang “I can go into the Holy the Holies”?
That group was called Priority. One of my favorites from that era. Their "My Redeemer Lives" project is a classic!
