내다 and 제출하다 mean simillar.
내다 is used more.
but when report or document, application etc. 제출하다 is used~

Hi,
Usually they compare below three grammars. becuase it has similar meaning.
but it has difference.
1. (으)러 + 가다, 오다, 들어가다, 들어오다, 나가다, 내려오다, 올라가다 (verb for moving), all tense
→ 한국어를 공부하다 is not moving verb.
2. (으)려고 + all verb but it cann't use "future tense"
→ 한국어를 공부해야 한다 means future.
3. ~기 위해서 + all verb, all tense
→ correct.
(there are more explanation about these grammars but unnecessary here.)
so, I would choose option 3.
and I think the question also 한국에서 instead of 한국에.
일을 하다 is action verb so need to use 에서.

I think there is no secret or fast way to improve language~
For me, I could give you advice like when you study Korean sentence,
Even it is one sentence you should study that until you can explain to others (meaning, grammars, pronunciation.) I believe that basic is soooo important. it makes you to improve all skill like speaking, reading, writing, listening)
and what else...
You can start to express your day or what you want to say in Korean language (I mean speaking. writing first better, as speaking and writing are connected (expression skill).
Can I know your status? Are you preparing interview for skill test? or UBT?
