I always have a small spliff before I start cooking. Then when the appetite kicks in the meal is ready. I learned how to make scones the other day. The time you start making them it Only takes 25 mins until you can eat one from the oven. I had one for Ras Fyah.

I wish Mokko would focus on building a channel for Ratty. He ruined his momentum by being greedy instead of using what he had to his advantage. Ratty was the real star and deserves to be blessed with abundance. I can't even understand him in his videos most of the time. He needs a mic and subtitles. Did he not learn anything from you while you were around? I just hate seeing all the potential flushed down the drain but Jah may have been protecting you Matt. Only time will tell how it un folds and hopefully Mokkos get back to righteousness
