Hi Veronica, Thanks for the content & your insight! I highly suggest investing more time in fixing your audio (it sounds like an echo chamber), and less time inserting the movie clips (a little too many of those, and they distracted from what was otherwise a good message!). I think you could build a good channel - best wishes!

Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to watch my video and for your encouraging words. I really appreciate your feedback on the audio and the use of movie clips. It's super helpful to know how these elements are coming across, and I'll definitely work on improving these aspects for future videos. Thanks again for your support and for sharing your thoughts-I'm excited to keep growing the channel with help from viewers like you! Best wishes! 😊

Considering more availability and being able to take your time looking at houses is something.

Absolutely, having more options and the time to really explore them can make a big difference in finding the right house. Thanks for sharing your perspective-it’s always interesting to hear about different experiences in the housing market.

im not sure ive heard anything about a housing market crash , the possibility a currency and banking crisis while base interest rates are above 3.2% is very real , as far as ive seen property prices are nuts , and even if foreclosures ramp up it doesn't mean real estate pinflation will even slow much , as it would create an even bigger issue as far not having enough homes , i mean 5 years ago i could afford to buy my sisters out of their end of my parent small farm (65 acres, 25 head, generated income 10k yearly selling calves to feed lots ), i dont believe its really even feasible now with out selling off at least 15 acre of road frontage after subdividing it , it would triple the value of those acres but i dont know how much it would cost to survey and dead the property much less how to go about doing it, actually considering just keeping the road front, and letting the rest go , just looks like better way to leave something my kids without putting myself in bind financially, from what ive seen property values are up in my rural area more than 35% in less than 5 years

Thank you for sharing such a detailed view of your personal experiences with the property market. It really underscores how varied the situation can be depending on location and individual circumstances. You've highlighted a real challenge many are facing with rising property values and the complexities of managing real estate, particularly with the prospect of needing to subdivide and sell parts of your property. It sounds like you're considering every angle to make the best decision for your family’s future, which is admirable. If you ever need more information on surveying and subdividing, or just want to discuss more, feel free to ask. We're here to support each other in navigating these tricky times. Best of luck with your decisions, and I hope everything works out well for you and your kids!

The fundamentals (Over $34trillion in Gov. Debt) clearly shows that a crash is OVERDUE.
    1 + 1 always equals 2.
in Melbourne Australia there are bucket loads of sales where the sale price is less than what they paid for it.
The property market in China is also crashing big time

Thank you for sharing your perspective! You're right, the numbers are quite stark, and the situation with government debt and property markets globally is indeed causing concern for many. It's interesting to hear about the specific examples in Melbourne and China. These are complex issues with many factors at play, and it's important to keep discussing and analyzing them. I appreciate your insights and look forward to more discussions like this in our community. Keep the comments coming!
