I’m so grateful to have finally found this video. I guess what I was searching was just not what I needed in order to understand this topic. This helped me so much. Also this was very straightforward into the point which I think also made me stay focus and understand how to go about this. The best part was it only took me a couple of minutes to fully understand this topic and be able to do it on my own. Sometimes just watching another person go over the material that you may not understand really helps and leaves an impact on you. You definitely changed my perspective on math itself. Have a blessed day!!
Thank you!! I was a failing sophomore. Retaking said sophomore class as a senior, and this helps a lot. You can always Improve and change your perspective 😊
Thank you so much! I didn’t know I would understand this unit, but after watching your video it made me understand more of the unit. Thank you so much!!
You are given that the measure of angle ABC = 180 degrees, which means that the two angles 8x + 4 and 6x + 8 are supplementary angles which add up to 180 degrees.
@@MichelvanBiezenlol thanks, I just face palmed, the side equations were to determine the fact it was an isosceles triangle and what mattered were the angles. I was over thinking. Thanks for being so willing to help. God bless ya.

Great. Glad you found our videos. 🙂
Thank you so much. I was awfully confused before this. hope this gains more likes.
Glad you found our geometry videos.
literally watched this video 15 minutes before my quiz. thank you so much! 😂
Good luck on your quiz! 🙂
thank you for teaching me kind sir! :)
My pleasure!
Hi. Just wanna ask, Is it always equal to 180⁰ or it depends?
If the angles are supplementary, yes.
@@MichelvanBiezen thank you so much !
is the degree always a 180?🤔
For a "straight" angle or a "supplementary" angle the measure is always 180 degrees
math is going to be the only subject that will be stressing me out and giving me grey hair... ahi vamos
If you take it one step at a time and you spend sufficient time on it, you should be OK.
I wish that there was already TH-cam in 2007 when I studied Geometry in high school 😢😢😢.
Yes, we wish we had a resource like this when we went to school. That is part of the reason why we made these videos. 🙂
You're a saint :,)
THIS HELPED ME DO MY MATH HW THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Glad you found our videos! 🙂
Hello sir, I'm a little bit confused how did you get the answer 180?
You are given that the measure of angle ABC = 180 degrees, which means that the two angles 8x + 4 and 6x + 8 are supplementary angles which add up to 180 degrees.
@@MichelvanBiezen Thank you so much sir!♥️
geometry made my head ache thank you for making gis video you are a life saver!
Thank you!!! this is just what I needed
Glad you found our videos. 🙂
That was awesome
Glad you liked it.

Glad you found our videos! Welcome to the channel! 🙂
Thank you this is really helpful for me
You're welcome 😊
Thank you so much sir i really helped me 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤
You are welcome.
If it’s a negative number would you add it to the angle you know
Just like with an algebraic equation, you would solve it the same way if you had "8x - 4" instead of "8x + 4"
Thank you
the awesomest✋🏼😔, thank you !
Glad you liked it!
Thank you so much!!
You're welcome!
very thankful sir this has spared me a lifetime of pain :)
You are welcome. Glad you found our videos.
What happens if they only give you one equation and an angle, with the equations for the sides of the triangle.
Can you give us the actual problem?
@@MichelvanBiezenlol thanks, I just face palmed, the side equations were to determine the fact it was an isosceles triangle and what mattered were the angles. I was over thinking. Thanks for being so willing to help. God bless ya.
Thank you so much.
You're welcome!
Thank you sir
your are welcome.
how do you find it if the overall angle is an equation containing x?
Thank you so much sir
Most welcome Glad you found our videos. 🙂
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
Thanks you just saved me
Thanksss
You are welcome
Thankssss
So why are we doing this in grade 8 bru i am literally crying rn
Eight grade is not a bad place to be introduced to geometry.
thanks
I LOVE YOU
I didn't go to online how he solve (8x +4) + (6x +8) =180 can yall reply a sulution how its 180
Since the 2 angles are supplementary angles, they must add up to 180 degrees.
Goat
Thank You!
Steve Careel is that you jk jk but thanks i was kinda lost and you gave me a map
.
Did you have a question?
