I already had PTSD from serving in the U.S. Navy. I'm quite sure from childhood abuse and a 20 year marriage to a narcissist it's developed into CPTSD but God is in control and I'm still more than a conquerer!

I can totally relate Sis. I suffered emotional abuse from a small child.Insulted at 5years old..Made to feel " not good enough" yet expected to Excell with that kind of pressure.I was Gaslight from childhood through teen years and some adult.Same spirit followed me all the way to the church.(church hurt).Narcissist marriage partner.Fast forward Narcissist partner straight out of the church. Its a diabolical spiritual assault of the chosen ones of God.We wrestle not against flesh and blood...
Yes your on point.especially the attraction to emotionally unavailable individuals.

I completely relate to ""zoning out." Clinically speaking, it's referred to as "dissociation" and is very common among trauma survivors. It is a subconscious, protective defense mechanism. I will pray that the Lord fully delivers you. He is faithful and just! 🙏♥️

I had the same exact issue with the sweaty palms and feet. It was so bad I did my research and finally had the surgery. It was the best thing ever. A very small cut under both my under arm. My mom hands and feet use to sweat. I passed it on to my son however his is not severe. I prayed before I had kids that I would not pass it to my kids. My advice would be to look into the surgery. Before the surgery no one would want to hold my hands if my hands were wet (sweaty). I had more self confidence after I had the surgery. You are the first person besides my mom and son that has this issue. I know EXACTLY what you are going through.

I've developed PTSD as a small child...The disorder exacerbated once I was placed under my grandmother's care. We were well taken care of physically but the emotional support or lack there of for me wasn't there.
Growing up definitely wasn't no crystal stair living under her roof but as I got older, I thanked her often when she was living. As much as she was originally against taking me and my sister in, it molded me to the person that I am now. After being in emotional abusive relationships with men and fake friends that have come and gone, I've learned how to manage it a lot better as I get older. You're definitely not alone in your struggle...I wish you the best in your healing journey.

I have the same issue. Unexplained medical issue. A few years ago I woke up and walked to the kitchen and passed out. My head hit the floor and my 3 month old daughter hit the floor too while I was making her a bottle. I’ve had test done, blood work, went to 3 doctors about the issue and they just said it’s vertigo but was given nothing to treat it and the doctors don’t seem concerned. My narc walked out on me when I was 4 months pregnant and due to stress I believe it caused this issue. At times I still get dizzy but I pace myself.

    I'm 32 & have c-ptsd
I grew up with an alcoholic narcissistic "Dad" who emotionally invalidated/physically & sexually abused me
I experienced sexual abuse throughout my childhood not only by him
(apparently I have Dissociative amnesia from all the things that happened in my childhood) a very large portion of my childhood is a total blank Transitioning into adulthood, I've been in narcissistic relationships
    I've had flashbacks
Feelings were not addressed & you would be shamed or made fun of if you expressed feelings
If I tried to talk to my dad about my feelings, he would say he has enough problems and he doesn't need to hear mine and when I told him about something I had a flashback of something my brother did to me, my dad said I'm just trying to get attention
I was raped by someone in the neighborhood and when I told my dad about it (which I didn't tell Anyone about for a while) but when he saw the guy who did it, he didn't even do anything it made me feel so unimportant and unworthy of being stood up for or protected by my own "dad"
He would triangulate me with the fk'ng dog
Anyway I apologize for writing you a book lol
Your content is comforting to me thank you for what you do

See if you can find a good therapist ( I have one ) even though for the therapist the narc abuse is new to them they can learn from us and help us with some trauma and techniques to help us . One thing iv learnt is searching for love to fill the void in human form us not the answer . God rescued me from my narc marriage and I have him in my life now and he is healing all wounds through prayer and therapy . By by yourself it is a gift from god to heal yourself .
