Honda should put the 1.5 NA iVTEC Petrol engine in the WRV. That would be a lot more exciting and fun too.
I took test drive of an altroz diesel recently and it doesn't even feel as if it's a diesel car. Idk how or why PPL find diesel of altroz so exciting. It drove like a petrol. So linear acceleration,the torque felt as if it was a petrol car.
0-100 altroz around 13sec where i20 take around 12-13 sec..then why people frnd i20 diesel to be excited 😂😂

Linear acceleration is always better. It'll be more drivable, smooth and will have better fuel efficiency. Why bother about 0-100 timings while buying a budget commuter car. Only in-gear acceleration comes useful in real life scenario

Hii sir…Iam Darshan…I bought Brio s opt mt…and iam happy with it…and now iam planning to upgrade to used suv/ compact suv which is equipped with 4 cylinder petrol engine…i looked for 1.5L engine but may be i cant able to mainten it..bcoz iam getting 18k salary i hv to look service maintenance, mileage and everything..so that i came to decide 1.2L ivetc WRV…will u suggest me…i will travel hill station and village probably 2months once and iam travel lover…before decided for creta,brezza,scross & kicks..and also ignis but in ignis ground clearance is little low na compared suv’s so I dropped it…will u suggest me ignis??? He didn't like the petrol engine in the WRV and with the facelift the diesel engine's NVH would've improved for sure. He had reviewed the older one and a facelift petrol version before.

I Drive seltos htk+ diesel. Not so punchy engine, low pickup,Comparing with WRV diesel. Wrv (d) is really really punchy and power pull is amazing while driving.

1. Polo 1.0 tsi
2. Skoda rapid 1.0 tsi
3. figo 1.5 diesel
Anyway it will take 7 to 8 years for me to buy one of these. Hope VW won't discontinue 1.0 tsi till I buy it in the future. If they discontinued by the time I buy I would just cry.

Bro simply go for XUV300,WR-V,Nexon, ecosport these are having the great punchy diesel engine with manual gearbox and great build quality too you test drive all this 4 car I have mentioned above but my suggestion is to buy Ford ecosport S model because it is a value for money ,fun to drive, punchy diesel engine with manual gearbox,too many features, better driving feeling,low maintenance and safety too for rough and tough driving it is better to go for ecosport then the choice is yours
