I feel like the tunnel is the lady’s way of mentally overcoming depression over the loss of her daughter. The skull coming out of a slimy hole and connecting to her abdomen, the womb room, etc. The killer might represent her partner blaming her. The fact that the aliens actually save her several times, even after she’s failed, is pretty maternal too. Maybe she actually got hit by the truck and went through all this in her mind, purgatory-style, before letting herself go on to positive afterlife.

I think I would do the same thing she did just keep pushing through the tunnels because that’s just life. Literally, a life full of challenges and horrible experiences and then what keeps her hope is seeing that light that turns out to be a screen but at the end it does turn out to be the paradise that she was hoping for with her daughter And that is basically humanity that’s basically us trying so hard to pass all these challenges and all these tunnels and it’s just a very inspiring movie honestly.
When holding your breath, you don't want to take a huge breath and fill it entirely, otherwise there is more pressure on the lungs to push all the air out. You want it maybe halfway full, give or take.

They are fucked from the start and they fucked up on the end.

I hated the ending. The story in my head up until the end was that this was all in her head and taking place in the moments she was being strangled in reality. I felt it was a journey of self actualization were she has to decide to not be a victim. The journey gave her the strength to decide to fight back against the killer. Instead of the weird Scifi ending or her possibly finding herself in heaven. It would have been better if she takes the lessons of the tunnel to take out her attacker in reality. If my reasoning is correct, she comes to accept death and meets her dead daughter in the afterlife. Lots of metaphors in this film for death and the afterlife, so I lean towards this as a spiritual end.

Once it's head there you use your left foot to hold it's head down then proceed to use your heel and rain hell down on the base of the back of its skull. Shouldn't take more then a few hits to incapacitate it.... Okay just got to where it's taken out, human hydraulic hybrid stomp is pretty impressive/original, can't say I've seen that before.
