- Unboxing! These chelsea boots retail for $1295 and are surprisingly comfortable. These are my first pair with the new rubber sole design with the chain detail.

Great pieces, awesome shoes. But I would recommend going with black jeans with a slimmer fit or trousers. That denim does not complement the boots. I'd definitely choose a different jacket color as well- black, navy, etc.

They look so comfy! If a shoe can elevate casual outfits and still look "Proper" with more formal attire..then you know you made a good purchase.

I just got these boots. The only difference is that the toe is matte black. I haven't seen to many people style these boots at all. It would be nice if you could put together some outfits around these boots

I have the women’s Machcroche Flat purchased from their website approximately 2020/21 and the sole does not have the chain detail.
Around late 2022 early 2023 Nordstrom had a pair of the men’s Machcroche that had the chain detail.
Similarly, the women’s gucci rhyton does NOT have the logo debossed in center rear of the rubber outsole while the men’s pair does.
I understand this isn’t an authentication video but I did want to point that out in case anyone freaks out about that chain embossed sole

I've actually been looking to get a pair of those, but can't decide on the color; CL keeps introducing new color every season. I thought I wanted the electric blue, but then they had an emerald pair that looked really nice.
SartorialPhil I think that I will get the white version of them the really simple pair with no studs.. but still thinking ahahah

Hey Phil, how many wears before the red sole comes off? Btw, what a gorgeous shoes!
For the red lacquer, they start coming off near the heel on the first wear, unless you're only walking on carpet. These won't come off because it's part of the rubber - same for my rollerboats.

Don’t buy these if your feet are not narrow I have some my feet aren’t that wide but in between and they don’t have half sizes for these and even if you went a size bigger they will be too big and bend when you walk so get your regular size just leave off the half but they are very very cute and you will get noticed if that’s your goal ❤
Was considering getting these, but my feet are wide so I guess I won't get them. Does the leather stretch and can you take off the insole to help? Or is it a lost cause for wide feet
@@JoblessJoshua it’s a lost cause to be honest because the shoe doesn’t give much and it’s just so narrow no matter what you do to be honest… it’s the most uncomfortable designer shoe I’ve ever worn and I have several but I can’t wear this shoe unless its literally for like an hour sitting down mostly or just some moving around
