Been trying and failing on this map for 2 days. Luckilly i found this channel so i finally can move on to the next map and probably be stuck there for the next 2 days :P
Chris the sarelgaz's son has high magic resistance AND armor, making it overall very tough. Atleast it's like that in the mobile version, don't get me wrong
Carrotcake it’s been 4 years but Chris started playing KDR 1 again to celebrate the release of KDR vengence and i walk through the game as well and i notice a few things. Archer and artileries deal almost no damage at all because they are bad, and they miss their target way too often. That’s where arcane and tesla coil (which is a special artillery) came in, they deal tons of damage and they never miss. That rarely happen in other games like origins or frontiers. Another thing i notice when vengence came out is that the enemies resistance is shown in bars and you can see both armor and magic resistance at the same time. Where here the sons of salgeraz they said in the “new enemies” description, has high armor, and next to he hp bar they said high magic resistance, so a little bit of a trick there, if you don’t pay attention or don’t check the book you won’t know.
I went with a few tesla coils maxed out, a few archer towers with entangle maxed, and a shit town of rifle towers with max kill shot and I easily killed everything but when the big baddie came out he just walked right through them...
I recommend using Ten Shi. For towers, add teslas to loops and the purple wizards everywhere else. Put the barracks a spot to the right of in the video. They can just barely reach the exit from there and the tesla can fit in the better spot. I won first try with that, but it was on the easiest difficulty, because KR is way too hard
Excellent walkthrough! Got 3 stars on my first attempt. Only substitution I made was Malik Hammerfury instead of the screw guy because I don't have him yet.
I tried using your technique lol and I just couldnt do it =( Those necros overwhelmed me soooo badly. I had hundreds of skeles everywhere. I guess Ill have to keep trying! Great vid though

I beat this stage using tesla towers on the middle strip and paladins on the other spots. Tesla towers are very good against anything tbh including high armour enemies!
My strategy: On the top left there are 3 spots, right? at the very top put a barracks. then the two spots under that put a mage on the left and an artillery on the right. On the very bottom left on those 3 spots put (from left to right) artillery, archer, and barracks. on the very top left put a mage, on the long line of towers put (from left to right) mage, archer, artillery, mage, archer, artillery, and another mage. (no hero). I apologize if it didn't work but I thank you for trying my strategy. My upgrades were all arcane wizards, ranger hideouts, and teslas, I didn't get the barracks to lvl4. My other upgrades (on the map, that option) were max archer, mage, artillery, barracks, and the two abilities to lvl 4. NOTE: try to keep the upgrading leveled, as in don't get towers to lv 2 unless everything is built, same for lv 3, also get the lv 4 upgrades on the long line first. then the top right. When you get a tower to lv 4, max it out. especially the ranger hideouts. I will type it again, I apologize if it didn't work but I thank you for trying it. IM also glad if it worked.

At the top of the cave, there's a cocoon with a small blue lightsaber popping out of it. Tapping on it saves Luke? I think from Star Wars and gives you an achievement. :) Great video too!
for me the boss is not a challange but the boss son is cuz there is to many of them and has armor hehe i spam 15 rangers and almost max the skills but i still lost on the son :(
all tesla and at the buttom one barack but first updrade 1 tesla to max dont upgrade the thing that makes the chain lithing biger only the damege one and go like this and you,l win

Use gerald, he is extremely powerful. From level 8 he can 1v1 any enemy that isn't a boss, even spectral knights
