This is quickly becoming one of my favorite series of yours. Really anything that screams that it's an austin video i enjoy though. (which is basically every video you make) Eggbusters has always been great, your last of us 100 deaths series kept me on the edge of my seat and spurred me to make a similar series, the skyboxes and weird places videos are so unique...idk i love it all. Keep up the great work Austin! I've been on the content grind for as long as you and seeing you keep pushing forward helps motivate me too!
The grass is the devs likely saving a bit too much on their shader work. They didn't mask out the swaying of the grass from the roots up. Strangely this is a very basic thing to do. Very few extra instructions would be needed. But it's also possible the GPU on the phones don't have great instruction sets for that. But I don't see why they wouldn't.

I enjoyed this video. Please make more like it! Also, I strongly agree with your take on getting into fantasy stuff involving learning fake history. But I still love that stuff! There's just something more graspable to me about lore that a person or group of people made over the course of days to months compared to a story built from the parts of hundreds of other stories from hundreds of other tellers put together over the course of hundreds of years. I do still enjoy learning about real world history, but when I do I'm always at least a little wary of the historian's bias (we've all got one!). When it comes to fantasy lore, though, I'm usually more sure that the lore accurately reflects what really happened. The simplification of history is part of the fantasy for me!
