He has had all the appeals he will Ever get & the Innocence Project rejected his application due to the Overwhelming evidence that showed Exactly what he did to this poor girl.

The witness noticed the bulge in a pocket of the jacket. That had to be something substantial in the pocket to stand out in a jacket that was big & bulky for that twerp.
Lean nor now Forbes, have Ever spoke about the contusion on Jodi's brain & it was substantial. They don't want Anyone to know that Jodi was knocked out cold. The bruising & abrasions were all to her head, neck & face areas Only, being punched & kicked when she was on the Ground. Their various BS stories saying that she was 'fighting for her life' are Not True.
He thought he was smarter than the cops & told his mother that after the initial police questioning that night. She stated that Publicly in her interview with James English. He was Not & neither was She. She who worked hard to cover it all up.
The crown put forth that he went back. In total he couldn't account for 3 hours. The police didn't know what time Jodi was attacked or died when speaking to him that night yet his false alibi was for that exact time frame of her death. What a Very telling Coincidence. Luke was Not home in that time frame of 5 to 5.30 & so, did not know if his brother was or not. Luke had left to meet Jodi before his brother got home from work. They reeled that poor lad into it the Next Day when the mother had sobered up. Their statements changed every time the cops went back to tell them info they found out, didn't match. They changed the alibi 3 times within the 1st week. Lean & Forbes have Never told that Fact.
Jodi's grandmother, her sister & boyfriend realised they'd repeated to the cops what Luke had Told Them about the actions of the dog & so they amended their statement about that detail, that was All. Now I see that Lean has a big banner & posters as her next hoodwinking ploy, "MIA FOUND HER". The dog did Not climb over & through the V in the wall & so into the woods, ONLY Luke DID. It was proven that his torch did Not have the scope to have seen the body which was behind a big log & amongst bushes - on that pitch dark, rainy, starless night, At All.
Lean always uses the wording of 'case papers' to Pretend that she had all the documents & all the statements from the trial, she does Not & Never has. She had paperwork from his defence lawyer for the appeal process from way back at that time, Nothing else.
Over 40 police & seasoned investigators worked this case very carefully for a Long time.

Let’s not forget first and foremost a life taken too soon - Jodi❤ The other life that has been destroyed is that of Luke. I only came across this historic case in the past few days and I have binge watched and looked at information on this case since. From what I have learned, looking at both sides to the guilty or not guilty verdict, I am stunned that all of the new information gathered from new independent investigations, that there is still a chance that if not guilty and I believe he is not guilty, that this man may never have an opportunity to be released. There is no justice at all! The system is flawed ❤

Very good interview. I used to phone the speaking clock a lot as a teen from my mobile when I was in the house - teenagers are not as logical as the prosecution made out. Carry on Sandra until justice is done this is a terrible miscarriage of justice x

The DNA samples will never be tested as there is no potential suspect and they're not feeling nervous in the slightest as the killer is in jail. The case is closed.

It's similar to a crime of psychopathic tendencies and I personally think the body of Jodi was very much for her to be where she was found and the lack of blood at the scene is it possible that the body was murdered in a different place and placed in the woods, that's my personal opinion remember now, but freedom of speech act as a means to say things like I have done because of the circumstances surrounding the crime scene I'll be brutally honest it should have been a bloodbath at the scene of the crime where the body was found of poor wee Jodi Jones, but the lack of evidence of blood is a big red flag for real and the police Scotland have not done the right work including evidence DNA tests and other evidence against other people who are more likely to have been sitting in the dock than Luke Mitchell but it's common knowledge that I am not going to say who I think it's very possible that the criminals are starting to feel a little uncomfortable again my personal opinion and facts that Luke Mitchell did not kill his girlfriend Jodi Jones at the time and maybe police Scotland should be doing their own homework huh super facts , Scotty boy from Edinburgh.

In my opinion it was her brother. Jodi's brother got sectioned off under the mental health act because he battered Jodi and her gran was having violent outbursts. He was seen following Jodi just before the murder and was known to carry a Bowie knife was never questioned because he plays on his mental health issues. The hash made him have violent outbursts I think Jodi maybe took the hash and he followed her. He also stopped taking his medication and was on the maximum amount allowed by UK law

When the the Sky reporter asked Corinne if Luke was the killer she said No he wouldnt do something like that - but she could have said she saw him making dinner that night, but she didnt. Why? And why did she let a Sky reporter in her house anyway? She didnt need to, and it made them look even more guilty.
