Have you seen the recent Freedom of information responses from Police Scotland, confirming that not only have no samples been requested by Luke Mitchell's legal team for testing, since his conviction in 2005, but that no 'untested' semen samples exist? In this video, Sandra Lean said: "They weren't disclosed as semen deposits as such, they were in a list of no results, so we didn't know what we got no results for". How is it possible then, for Sandra to have known that these samples were semen? 'Undisclosed samples', they didn't know what they were - but then, all of a sudden, Sandra just knew they were semen? That makes no sense. Police Scotland have confirmed that there's no such thing as an 'untested' semen sample. Any bodily fluid from a crime scene has to be tested in a lab to confirm that it is semen, before it can be called such. SPA/forensic services confirmed via FOI that all of the semen samples in Jodi's case were DNA tested. .

I really like this guy, my dad was involved in high level crime (armed robberies, train robberies etc, im ashamed to say), and this guy has actually said that to not face the family for sentencing, proves he’s a coward, a shithouse indeed, nice one Darren, you sound like a really decent guy.
