All French classical composers are obsessed with ornamentations... listen to pretty much anything by Piroye, just for one more example... French classical organ and clavecin are wonderful, though.
I never learnt piano, I don't know. You probably need to ask this strange gentleman/lady why it appears so of his/her considerations@@lunagardvonbingen
