I, too, have been greatly struggling with trying to make decisions for my path because I'm scared of putting myself out into the public. However, I know I'm being called for something greater than myself. I'm still really scared, but seeing you be genuine and honest with your fears, and I LOVE how you allowed space for us to recognize if we were starting to feel triggered and to accept these emotions that are trapped in our bodies -- you doing these things (which are also acts of love) is providing healing and a chance for self love to develop. Thank you for your heart and thoughts that have obviously gone into this for a long time now. Sending you love and light!
I've learned and really embraced limiting or cutting ties with toxic relationships. It has really helped my mental health. If you feel like you are surrounded by toxic people, then it's time to move and find your people, your place. Life is too short and too precious to spend it miserably. Do whatever it takes.
I'm in the same boat. Feel called to start posting videos on being real. It has been a long time trying to figure out how this looks. Trying to get started but as you said: The first step is the hardest.
