For anyone struggling with finding parts:
The location of where to find the mustang is directly next to one of spawns for the parts, if you go into the map and either don't see the part or collect it just quit the map and re-enter the same map and go back to the location it can respawn there multiple times over so you can spam this to get parts rather than searching for them. It helped me tremendously

my greatest issue about some of the Race cars they be slippery when your driving them also they're hard to Do it while someone is challenging you to a truck off so I just use Quad bikes instead of race cars :(
