My name is Mandy Meehan, and over the last couple months I've started to document my life, as I'm dealing with not-so-fun chronic health issues, and working on thriving relationally, spiritually, mentally, or physically. One big focus of my life, and my channel is focusing on eating to heal foods that will help heal my body. Currently, I eat paleo-based with principles from "The Bulletproof Diet" book.

When God brought my hubby into my life, I remember praying “God, we’re just too different.” Immediately, a song came on (I’m showing my age here) “You like to drive like Mario Andretti, I like taking my time.”. Yeah...over 25 years later and it’s the best gift God has ever given me aside from Jesus!

Hi! So I was looking up Trader Joe's hauls and randomly found your channel, but I love it! My husband and I are in ministry too- we just graduated in May and now we're out in New England working at a church plant. He's also from Tulsa! We spent the first three months of our marriage there as interns at John 3:16 mission. I looove that city so much! There are so many great coffee shops, restaurants and things to do. Your story honestly reminds me so much of ours! Also- I'm an ENFJ too. Sweet video and lovely channel! Hope y'all are doing well!! ❤️
