First, you must have the Brio MX Series. RightSight is not available on older Brio webcams. If you have the correct version, disconnect and reconnect your webcam and launch Logi Tune app. If this does not resolve your issues, your defective device is still under warranty. Contact Logitech.

LOVE THIS. Just purchased my MX after using the Brio 4k for a number of years. It just hasnt won me over yet but this video has helped.

If i wanted to get an extension type c cable for the MX Brio, What specifications do I need to know?

I also have Brio but the rightside is not working , could you tell what you have done or any extra things or anything needs to be disabled?
