New nurses should think of long term goals. I think working in NHS is still better, as mentioned weekend regular and bank shifts pays out more, enhanced pays, good support system from staff/manager and skill wise you learn way more than home care. 1 nurse:20-25 patient ratio, no thank you. "more fulfilling" in home care? I don't think so! It depends on yourself how you care/cater to your pt's needs. Plus pension, too many to mention.

May pension din po se care home. Again, I strongly suggest na do your research first before you sign for a contract. Maraming videos si Manong George ng comparison ng care home and NHS. Hear it from the people na nanggaling na doon at na experience talaga nila, hindi hearsay. Hindi po madali sa carehome gaya ng sinasabi ng iba. Malaki bigayan sa carehome kasi may napakalaking responsibility din. Depende din sa home mo. Kung maganda ang management, magiging smooth sailing. Pag hindi, naku napakahirap po. Ang fulfillment ng tao, depende yan sa tao anoba mga qualifiers nya and expectations. Kaya, dapat you know what to expect. Hope for the best and expect for the worst. All the best po ❤

Hello. Yes, pure kapampangan po ako. Nakapangasawa ng Egyptian sa Saudi kaya alhamdullilah muslimah napo. 😊 Very diverse po dto gaya ng sabi ni manong George.. May mga nagtataka bat ako naka hijab parin, pero they will accept naman kung ano ang belief mo. Lalo sa London, may mga naka abaya at niqab pa.

Sa amin po, dahil wala kaming in-house na review for osce, they sent us sa London para magtrain. May company sila na ihire para makapag osce training ka.. All expense paid.

Manong george hi. Pls advice san mag check for job vacancies sa UK. Nurse by profession ako but my backgrounds are 3 yrs in banking and currently 6 yrs as a quality coordinator here in Abu Dhabi. Wanting to work there po. Salamat
It depends po what job you are looking for. Linkedin is good for jobs. Pero if nursing habol nyo nhs jobs is better.
@@manonggeorge would be better po kung makakapag experience ako as a nurse sa UK until i can apply as a registered nurse. Active naman PRC license ko manong george, however my work experience is nasa quality department.
May mga onting hiring ng nurses na wlang experience. Pero mostly carehome.
