    Mantas, you need a waist belt on your waders. One slip in that current could fill up your waders and that’s a big safety concern in moving water.

      Please pay attention to his warning, one slip and you’d be gone. Just a belt on the outside of the waders would save your life.

    It was scary when you almost fell walking across the opening. It was awesome watching the tree float down the damn. I bet you released a million gallons of water,it was a massive amount of water.

    Just WOW, im used to watching post 10 declog beaver dams and thought those were impressive but this one made those dams look like childs play 😲😲😲 it was sooooooo impressive

    Now that looks like a solid built dam. Lots of mud and rotting material compared to the last one you took down by hand . Quite evident it has been there several months as you noted. You would think the farmers would have taken it down if it was damaging their fields not wait for the Dam Buster himself

    Mantas , WOW that was a really big size beaver dam , see what happenings when you do not or forget above a beaver dam and you come back and it's twice the size it was before.     Great job..I am sure you know beaver dams not only keep temperatures lower many times you can actually feel the temperature drop in beaver dam areas..they also save many temperature sensitive fish from dying. However when they hold vast amounts of water it’s great there are people like you that know what you are doing! Great job!

    With all the branches pilled there, it's not going to take long for the beavers to rebuild that dam. But you did do a great job.

    Wondering if there's a strategic reason you don't start on the side either left to right or right to left and work your way across instead of starting in the middle?? The shovel work definitely is a nice addition to the videos! Damn that was one hell of a damn that was A LOT OF WATER!!

    I can image a few upset Beavers LOL. Seriously though love your posts and good see the way you know what you are doing and get on with it. In the UK you woulod spend longer working out risk assesments than actually doing the clearance.

    Releasing so much water so quickly can cause downstream flooding. Are we sure that's not happening?

      I am sure. few hundred meters there are bigger river which easily absorb the water.
