Very good review, decent bit of kit, but quite expensive. Saying that, you can see the quality of it, certainly not a toy and more of a collectors piece.

I very much doubt that this MechaGodzilla would pose much of a challenge to the real Gojira if *you* could accidentally knock him over, Gareth... With SoC, it's always wise to look through the booklet paying careful attention to the illustrations before tackling the model, they can have all kinds of unadvertised doohickeys hidden away to confound the unwary or the hasty, as I've found out myself before now. It's a beauty though isn't it? Pity it doesn't seem to weigh as much or contain as much die cast as it should, a couple of my SoC Shoguns would break your toe if you dropped them on your foot! 😬😂 Could've done without the electronic novelties though, too much hassle imo. I think after the Voltron you're expectations were very high. Try not to get the lack of heft & die cast parts put you off. It wins in my book with the detail, articulation, build & quality. Have to say that as I ordered the DX Soul of Cogokin 1974 Mechagodzilla. Seriously, it is an awesome piece. 👌
